    Una volta completato l’ordine vi arriverà una email di conferma. In questa email vi verrà chiesto di NOMINARE i biglietti, e solo una volta nominati si genereranno i QR Code dei vostri ticket.

  • Se il QR Code non vi arriva via email, lo trovate sul vostro account nella sezione TICKET, oppure sull’app di Kinetic Vibe, dopo aver fatto Log in.

NON SCANNERIZZATE IL QR CODE AUTONOMAMENTE. Quel QR Code deve essere mostrato all’ingresso dell’evento.

  • Once the order is completed you will receive a confirmation email. In this email you will be asked to NAME your tickets, only once you put your name on the tickets the QR CODE of it will be generated.

  • If the QR Code doesn’t arrive via email, you can find it in your Kinetic Vibe account under TICKETS or on our App after Log in.

  • DO NOT SCAN THE QR CODE YOURSELF. That QR CODE needs to be shown at the event entrance.

  • Minori di 14 anni: i minori potranno avere accesso all'evento SOLO accompagnati da un genitore o tutore legale in possesso di valido biglietto di ingresso.
    Per accompagnare un minore fino a 14 anni compiuti in possesso di VIP Ticket o Ultimate VIP Ticket è necessario l'acquisto di un Priority Ticket per accedere all'evento con la stessa priorità del minore.
